Mind Path Wellness Yoga

Kate is a 200-hour RYT who trained with Jane Viscolosi at Believe You Can Yoga School in Bristol, RI where the program focused on Baptiste lineage and methods. She earned a Restorative Yoga Teacher Certification to expand offerings that provide renewal and recovery for mind, body, and spirit. With a 100-hour Certified Meditation Teacher training, Kate helps people who want to learn meditation practice and supports experienced meditators who seek guidance.

Yoga and meditation are helpful tools we can use to cope with challenges. When used regularly, these practices enhance our ability to regulate our parasympathetic nervous system so that we experience feelings without overwhelm. As contemplative practices that increase awareness, yoga and meditation strengthen our bodies, contribute to clarity in our minds, openness and compassion in our hearts, and enrich our spirits and lives.

Mind Path Wellness Yoga provides traditional vinyasa flow and restorative yoga classes, meditation teaching, and individualized yoga consultations to help you develop a regular, personal practice that is part of overall self-care. Consultations may be customized to focus on aspects of fitness and personal development such as increasing flexibility, building strength, progressing yoga asana safely, mediation practices, and self-care routines.

Kate will help you develop well-being practices that are:

Effective: decrease stress and increase resilience Accessible: to anyone, anywhere, any time Sustainable: adapt to changing needs and are individualized for You!
